Furniture Fair

Shoutout to the entire colerain furniture fair team. Especially Ed Taylor! Ed was attentive from the moment we walked in the door! He was committed to us finding the bed we wanted, not just a bed they sold! We were in search of the perfect match, we we even left the store to continue our search. Ultimately the amazing prices of furniture fair and the commitment Ed had to finding us the perfect match brought us back to that store to purchase.

I can't say enough great things about Furniture Fair. We love walking different stores and furniture stores used to be one we enjoyed, but seemed over the years the environments were ran down and sales folks were pushy. Furniture Fair has changed that. Amazing selection with prices and deals for all walks of life. The staff were kind and helpful and a wealth of knowledge. I reached back out to them for a community event for a family in need and was met with a corporate return call. They went up and beyond for a family in need and really showed how a family owned business really works. Family isn’t just the relatives who run a business, it's also the family you build one customer at a time. Nice job all, and thank you to Nick in Mattresses and Craig at corporate.

I had an excellent experience at Furniture Fair thanks to Mike. He helped me find the perfect mattress and power base and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. Mike patiently answered all of my many questions and never rushed the process. With the help of the manager, he was able to get me an incredible deal. It was clear that his priority was making sure I was happy and getting the best value possible, not just making a sale. I truly appreciate the time, effort, and care he put into helping me, and I would highly recommend asking for Mike if you’re shopping at Furniture Fair.

My salesman Mike Kuhn was very courteous and professional. Did not pressure a sale and gave me time to look around. As always, Furniture Fair had the item I was looking for, and great customer service.

There was no one greeting when I came in, but that's ok. Let me browse and then ask for the information I'm seeking. It was a busy day when I was there too. Nick Minardi was great! He understood the assignment. He gave me enough information to make best decision for my budget Nice to know you don't have to spend a fortune on a good quality mattress and adjustable base. Kingsdown Onyx Firm Euro Top and BT 3000 for the win!!
