Jessie the sales associate was wonderful. He guided me through the process of finding a new mattress and he did an excellent job. It was a smooth and nice experience and I’m very excited to receive my bed. He followed up with me the next day to make sure I was ready for delivery two days later from purchase. I suggest everyone goes to Mikes Furniture and mattress Company. All the sales associates were Very helpful andthe price was very reasonable! I was extremely happy! I’m excited to go back to buy some new furniture! I would give these guys more than five stars if I could!

Excellent service. Jesse was personable and very helpful. Apply the discount I found online without problem. I recommend him highly . So far so good. So now I have to wait my new bed for 4 weeks: no problem and white gloves delivery for mattress and foundation when i will be ready. i am confident that everything will work out well. Thank you.

Working with the sales reps at Mattress Mike’s was a pleasure. We shopped for sofa-sleepers, regular couches, and beds. Each department has their focused experts who can help sort through all the details of the various products. After a couple visits with the no-pressure sales people, we went with an adjustable bed set up. Great experience! Of course we’ll have to see how well the bed holds up over time, but are fairly confident it should work well.

Had a great experience at Mattress Mike’s. Jesse was a great assistant in looking for the right mattress for me. He was very patient and took the time to find something that matched the cost and feel I was looking for. They have a very large selection and let you try them (in the store) before buying which makes it a lot easier to make a decision. I’d highly recommend for your next mattress purchase!

I can’t say enough good things about Mattress Mike’s and the incredible kindness I received. I was in Santa Barbara to visit my daughter in the hospital. She was battling pneumonia, and I had nowhere to park my semi-truck. I called the store, and Mike and Garrett went above and beyond. They let me park in one of their loading docks so I could take an Uber to the hospital and be with my daughter during a critical time. That small act of kindness made a huge difference. In a world where most people would’ve said no, they said yes without hesitation. Thank you, Mattress Mike’s, for being an amazing example of community and compassion. You didn’t just help with parking. You helped a dad be there for his kid. I am forever grateful.
