I have been researching mattresses for about 3 or 4 months and the Santa Barbara store was the only obvious choice. I went in today and I was lucky enough to save a lot of money because of the Memorial Day sale. Matt was more than helpful to make sure everything went off without a hitch and did his absolute best to successfully give me the best deal possible. I walked out feeling comfortable and confident absolutely satisfied. It wasn't a small purchase so the Personal Touch was definitely noticed.
View on GoogleMatt was fantastic - super efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Also just came across as a genuinely nice person. The five stars are for him. The shipping company - oof, seriously, consider getting a new one. The text of "we are coming 10:45am-12:45pm" the night before, with no ability to contact them or indicate that this wouldn't work; including a subsequent automated "confirmation" that we did not select - is a broken system. It's not reasonable to assume people will be home and available the entire day without being able to select a reasonable (e.g. 4 hr or so) window.
View on GoogleWe had a great experience with this Mattress Firm! We picked the Beauty Rest Black and it is one of the best mattresses I've ever slept on. Matthew was a fantastic help in choosing a mattress and we got great Memorial day deals. I think we saved almost $900! They're white glove delivery is truly done with care. They have a great selection of high quality pillows and a wide selection of mattresses from high end to discount deals. You need to go here first , before you go anywhere else . Ask for Mathew, great guy!
View on GoogleMy roommate and I went into Mattress Firm to purchase full sized mattresses for our apartment next year. Joseph was super helpful and made great suggestions for us. The purchasing process was very easy and we were able to schedule a free delivery while still in the store. I would definitely recommend both Mattress Firm and Joseph 🫶
View on GoogleJoseph, our sales rep, sure knew his stuff. All his suggestions were right, starting with the most comfortable mattress in the store. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and not at all pushy. You cannot go wrong if you get Joseph. Plus, the mattress comes with a 4-month trial period, so we can return it if we don't like it. Sure we spent more at Mattress Firm, but we spend 1/3 of our day in bed. A good night's sleep is the most important thing for your mental well being.
