TL;DR: Do not buy furniture from them, they sell damaged furniture and do not accept returns. Customer support is nonexistent. Do not trust the paid bot account reviews, they are all fake. Horrible experience. I bought a bedroom set a couple of weeks ago. Right after they delivered the furniture, the nightstand was missing. I called the store; they replied it was going to arrive in the following week. I wasn’t bothered about it until I noticed that the paint on the furniture wasn’t perfect. It had manufacturing defects/transportation damage. So I called the store again and tried to explain the situation. They immediately became defensive and tried to blame me for damaging the furniture while assembling it. When I sent the pictures to them, they softened up a little bit and said they would talk to the warehouse and let me know by Monday or Tuesday. I called them on Monday and Tuesday multiple times, but they didn’t pick up my calls and never called back either. On Wednesday, they picked up my call and told me that there was nothing they could do about it. I told them that I wasn’t trying to make their job harder. If someone can come and fix the paint, I would be fine. I didn’t need a replacement or anything. They straight up said no and hung up on me! Then I called them again and told them that I would like to return the furniture then. I won’t keep the damaged furniture for the full price that I paid. They said they were not going to take a return. Since then, they haven’t communicated, won’t pick up calls.
