Esther took the time to listen to what I needed, answered all my questions, and helped me find the perfect furniture without any pressure. Furniture Mecca has a great selection of stylish, high-quality furniture at excellent prices, and the whole store has a welcoming vibe. Very bad service from this store, apart from the fact that they are scammers, they have staff that do not know how to express or explain about payment and the contract, I believe that when talking about money and especially a high amount everything has to be explained in detail but this is not what they did, they always did things for their convenience not for the customer's, I bought a set of sofas the frist pair the led light did not work , second set they gave me was used and on top of that the glass around the sofa was broken and they accused me of liying that it wasn’t broken that the sofa was inspected from the warehouse before shipped out I told them thats a lie I have photos to prove it that it came like that so then, they said I had to pick something else because they won’t refund!!! So everything I kept choosing it was out of stock at that point i am Irritated they are not caring or trying to help the customer they just want you to pick something they have even if it’s not your liking. Finally i decided to grab the same sofas in another color because they had that one in stock when I went to get it and they opened it in front of me the glass once again was broken at that point I asked for my refund since it was the 3rd time , the owner end up giving me the refund after everything and all the hassle they made me go through!!
