Was very impressed with service at this store. Super nice to purchase from the Downtown District. The owner was so helpful helping us find what we were looking for. Ours wasn't in stock but was ordered that night and we had it delivered within a couple of days. The delivery guys were very courteous, prompt and nice. Love the furniture and the store. I'll be back for more furniture in the future. Thanks for making our home just as we wanted.
View on GoogleThis place is PHENOMENAL. We picked out a new loveseat, rug, dining room table, and outdoor furniture here. The prices were awesome and the service was excellent! The folks who own this shop really care about giving the best service possible and it shows in everything they do. They answered our questions in store and were personable and kind. After our purchase, they worked with me to arrange a delivery. They not only deliver within the local area, but we learned they can deliver to housing on Tyndall too! When they brought our new furniture in they even helped us move our old table to a different part of the house! They treated our furniture (new and old) and home with perfect care during placement. I cannot overstate how they were a delight to work with every step of the way. We would totally buy from here again; you won’t get this level of care, kindness, patience, and service from a big box furniture store. Thanks again for a great deal and a wonderful experience!
View on GoogleI recently purchased the Ashley stupendous 3 piece sectional, ottoman and oversized chaise from here and could not be more satisfied. I originally went to Ashley Furniture and was told for the exact set it would be at least a month for delivery and it would have also been over $1,500 more. I walked into this store on a Thursday (day before Halloween) and everything was delivered and set up by Monday. The guys went above and beyond while delivering. I have a two story house and the oversized chaise had to be carried upstairs. They also moved my bed for me to help make extra room for the chaise. Helped me put my rug down under the sectional, played around with my babies while carrying hundreds of lbs of furniture and never once stopped smiling. If you are looking for quick delivery, amazing prices and great friendly people then this is your place. 10/10 recommend and will def be doing more business w them myself! Also it’s a local family owned business, can’t beat that!

The owner is a gem and the delivery people were personable and professional. Being on the third floor with no elevator this was an amazing service for me. I will continue to go to them for all my future furniture needs.

The home we purchased didn't close on time and they held onto our order until it did. The delivery and setup were also great, fast, clean and courteous! I would definitely purchase from them again.
