Ashley Store

I bought an entertainment center in July, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. My consultant, Aaron, was incredibly attentive and thorough in answering all my questions regarding delivery and warranty options. When the unit arrived, the delivery crew assembled the sections quickly and professionally. We noticed a few issues during the process, which were addressed immediately; they placed a service call and opened a ticket on the spot. A few days later, a carpenter arrived to rectify the remaining details that couldn't be fixed during the initial setup. I am very happy with the final result—the piece is beautiful, sturdy, and offers plenty of storage.

This store was really nice and has some great furniture. We were just looking not really ready to buy. The sales lady Vivian was really awesome. She gave us some suggestions and respected that we were just browsing. She checked in one more time to make sure we were finding things and that if we had any questions. We don’t live near this Ashley’s furniture store but to those of you that do, please ask for Vivian she is awesome!

Neil was a great sales person. He helped us with purchasing the correct size sectional couch. He also was very professional even when we had to make a change to our order. We were very pleased with our purchase from Ashley’s and would recommend the store and the salesperson Neil and his supervisor.

First time I went to Ashley Furniture Vivian waited on me and listened to what I wanted and wrote everything down so we would know what I wanted when it came time to order my furniture. When I went the second time and I gave her the heads up that I was going to buy soon she put everything in the computer so the process would be easy for me. Vivian kept in contact with me and I was able to order what I needed quickly. Vivian has kept me updated the time and everything was painless and easy. I will be going back to her for my next purchase. She is so easy to work with and listens to what I needed.

Neil was so helpful, professional, and I loved that he let us take our time looking around to find the right pieces we wanted without hoovering and annoying us. When we were ready to ask questions or needed help he was right there for us. He made our purchases so easy and pleasant. I would highly recommend Ashley's furniture and Neil to everyone.
