I went in looking for different furniture to furnish my apartment with, not 100% sure on what I was looking for as far as specific look and style. Francisco was extremely patient and helpful when it came to finding what worked best for me! Not only did he take the time to walk me through and weigh the different options, he quickly offered to personally lend a hand with delivery which made the whole process so much easier! As a locally owned and operated business, it’s clear that they have a genuine vested interest in upholding the satisfaction of their customers. The items I chose are all excellent quality, and I will undoubtedly be returning for any future furniture needs!
View on GooglePLEASE READ!!!!!!! I recently purchased a dresser and a dining room table from this store. The first dresser was delivered damaged by the owner. The second dresser was deliver damaged again. I had to wait almost a whole month to finally get a new one. The dining room table had a damaged chair so i asked for a replacement, however the owner (Francisco) after asking him not to fix it, but to replace it, since the wood was already damaged, he went ahead and tried to fix it anyway (poorly) claming it was a new chair.. obviously it wasn't. therefore i took the whole dining set back because he refused to pick it up. Upon arrival I asked him to look over the chair so he could see it for himself, he still to my face claimed it was a new one. At this point I was fed up with his lies. I asked for a full refund, however he refused to give me a full refund. I didn't have time to dispute this problem since he already had wasted so much of my time.. i am in the middle of moving (PCS for all you Marines) so i cut my losses and went on my way. This place seems to be all about the customer but from my experience these guys will rob you any chance they can get, I can't stress enough how much of a liar and for lack of better words how much of a snake the owner is lying in front of his family and kids. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! spend a little more money and find a real furniture store, save yourself a headache. There are similar complaints on Yelp and on BBB (better business bureau) check for yourself.
View on GoogleI found this business on Facebook and purchased several items. The seller asked me to pay in cash and did not provide a receipt. They also stopped answering phone calls. It feels like a scam, especially since their physical store is now closed and they appear to be selling items without charging tax.
View on GoogleMy partner & I were very excited to start buying furniture for our new home. After going to two different furniture stores we decided to stop by Best Mattress & Furniture Buys. I’m so glad we did!! The prices are very reasonable & they have a variety of options. Francisco was very accommodating and helpful & always had a smile on his face. You can tell by how he carries himself that he takes pride in what he does & he actually wants to help you. Thank you all so much !!!
