Mattress Firm Mission Marketplace

I cannot recommend the Oceanside Mattress Firm (Mission Marketplace) enough! If you are looking for a new bed, do yourself a favor and ask for Cassidy. She was absolutely incredible, so patient, zero pressure, and incredibly knowledgeable. She helped us navigate all the options until we found the perfect mattress for us. We also worked with Adrian, who was just as fantastic. He helped us finalize our purchase and went out of his way to find us the best pillows that fit our sleeping style while staying within our budget. What really set this experience apart was their incredible flexibility. They worked with us to secure a shipping and free set-up window that fit our busy schedule perfectly. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares about your comfort and your budget from start to finish. Thank you, Cassidy and Adrian, for making this such a stress-free and exciting process!

Decided to take advantage of Labor Day sales to buy a new mattress. It has been decades since I’ve shopped for one! Besides Mattress Firm, I visited a small independent owned shop (went there 1st), then Mattress Firm and lastly and a big name competitor. The service experience Joe provided at.MF was excellent from the moment I walked in the door. He asked questions to determine my needs, then got right to it by having me lay on a number of beds until I came up with my two favorite. He was encouraging of my need to check other places. The other big name place provided a less than desired service experience, however I tried not to let that cloud my decision. Went back to MF the following day, laying down on my two favorites and once again, the Tempur-Pedic Luxe Adapt Hybrid 13” felt heavenly. Got the adjustable base as well. Set a delivery date that worked best for my schedule. This morning’s delivery was flawless. Great communication with ability to track where the truck was on its way to the house. Kevin and the other delivery guy were so efficient, taking away the old mattress, box spring and frame then setting up the new frame and mattress. I highly recommend Mattress Frame. This was a pricey investment that felt right due to the product, warranties and great service. Hoping the new mattress smell dissipates quickly. Having heightened senses to smells, happens with most things, so not super concerning.

Walking into Mattress Firm in Oceanside today, I was greeted by Cassidy! She was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about each brand of mattress within the large selection they had available. As a person living with pain from arthritis, bursitis & sciatica for many years, I was eager to purchase a mattress that would aid in a full night’s sleep. Cassidy was so patient and took so much time helping me to discern which mattress would be best. I tried laying on several, many times over, to compare them. She accommodated me with a supportive pillow as well so I could get a feel for how I usually sleep. I can’t say enough positive things about my shopping experience with Cassidy! She helped me each step of the way! It’s so rare these days to meet someone so dedicated to their profession. She was truly a sleep expert! I am very grateful to her. I’m also impressed by the extensive training that Mattress Firm provides to their employees in order for them to provide such exceptional, quality service! I recommend them highly!!
