We are very pleased with our experience of buying something so personal for our needs with mattress firm. All the personal makes you feel very comfortable when in the store . We were especially pleased with Elwin ,he went out of his way to make us feel happy about purchasing a mattress from your store. Also Robert was helpful . We can't thank everyone enough, we will definitely pass along to people our great experience at Mattress Firm stores.

Alicia was amazing. She’s extremely knowledgeable about all of the different mattresses and products. She is very patient, she gave us time to try out the mattresses and was also very attentive, answering questions and helping us figure out how to pick the perfect mattress for our needs. Mattress Firm has so many choices, a great delivery service and financing options. Best customer service we’ve had in a long time!!!

I came in and looked around and tried different mattresses on the weekend prior to President’s Day weekend and liked what I saw. Then I went back on the next Sunday (they had a fantastic sale in progress) was met by Cameron, and he helped me decide upon the right mattress for me, including base and mattress pad. Overall great and easy experience. Cameron’s customer service was exceptional!!!

Like most people, I don’t particularly like going to mattress stores because it typically isn’t a great experience and it almost feels like buying a car. This time I lucked out and really had a great experience. I was able to have a great conversation/experience with the salesman who really did offer some great advice and recommendations, which pointed me in the right direction and then was very patient while I tried the same mattress over and over. In the end he was right when saying the best thing is to go with the one that feels right and that isn’t always the most expensive one or the one you go in thinking you are going to like. Honestly, was someone I’d go have a beer with and watch football so yes I’d definitely recommend this place.

He listened to what I was looking for, he showed various mattress manufacturers and styles to narrow down my decision, he did not pressure me to get a sale, and he worked within my budget!
