Had a great experience at Mattress Firm - Oceanside today. This was a follow-up to two previous visits to find the right bed for my husband, who has some health issues that require specific qualities in a mattress. Thomas, our salesperson, was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. He really listened to what we were looking for and provided useful information about each of the mattresses we were considering. There was no pressure, just excellent customer service. Thomas went above and beyond to make sure we got the mattress that best suited my husband's needs.

When I walked into the store, I knew what I wanted in a bed but was overwhelmed by all the choices. Matt was helpful in guiding me to what best fits mine and my husband's needs. Without his knowledge of the bed designs and what would benefit us, I don't think we could have done it without him. Thanks Matt!

The guys at the store were very helpful and informative. Our first visit was good and Shane helped us a lot with the information we were looking for. When we went back with some more questions, Matt and Sean also assisted us with Shane. we then decided to make the purchase, both myself and my neighbor make purchases.

We originally came in just planning to look at mattresses, but thanks to Sean, we ended up leaving with a full setup mattress, bed frame, sheets, and blankets and couldn’t be happier about it. Sean was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to explain every option and really helping us understand what would work best for our needs. He never made us feel rushed or pressured, just genuinely wanted us to find what was right. It’s rare to find that level of service these days, and Sean truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re shopping here!

The fun experience was to lay on a bed which shows a picture on a big screen TV which shows the pressure points.
