Customer service in the store is great. The price of my couch was great. The delivery guys were quick and polite and got the job done. I feel I cannot give 5 stars because it took 2 months from purchasing my couch to it being delivered. I also wish there was a way you could get deliveries outside of Billings on the weekend.

DO NOT do business with this company! The worst experience we have ever had with a furniture company. Ordered mid November, said possible by Christmas. Set up delivery on Jan 29th didn’t happen. One excuse after another, requested refund and they said the additional amount we paid for set up was included in original purchase. They are dishonest and their customer service is horrible. Don’t waste your time with this Colorado based company.

First, I would like to say that it is disappointing when you go to buy any kind of furniture that you don't even have the smaller items in stock and people have to wait 1 to 2 weeks for items. Second, and the biggest reason for such a low score is the woman who waited on us (Angel) should not be in a customer service role. Her attitude was extremely less than friendly, however the gentleman that helped us load the end tables was very nice and unfortunately we did not catch his name.

Eddie was absolutely incredible! He listened to my expectations and got me EXACTLY what I needed!!! He is amazing at what he does!! You got have a great employee! Please give him a raise or something!!

Alexis was our first and only contact. He had what we wanted and ordered it from Denver to be delivered and set up by the date we needed. It took less than an hour and WE ARE HAPPY!! Thank you and Merry Christmas 🌲🎉💞
