Everyone was very polite, they don't try and push anything on you. Even when you don't purchase anything at the time of the visit, they are still polite. I just appreciated my shopping experience there. Unlike other furniture stores I visited that day. Thank you. I did purchase a recliner. Great chair and great price. Bob mills must be pretty popular. They had a lot of business that day I went, on a Monday.

Great customer service from Chris. She was easy to talk to, not pushy. Just informative and relaxed. She took text messages after we left and after hours which is not typical. I appreciate the dedication She took to help us find what we needed. Ultimately we made a purchase for our daughters new bed frame and mattress due to the quality the furniture seamed plus her outstanding friendly service. We haven't received product yet but should be a few days!

Had an awesome shopping experience with my elderly mother. She was looking to replace her old sofa and love seat with something more comfortable for her mobility needs. She still wanted something stylish and functional. Phil, our sales associate, was so helpful and patient with her. She has trouble moving and seeing but he was happy to help her move from piece to piece and offered assistance in getting her back into her wheelchair afterwards. I was very appreciative with how patient he was with us as we took up a good amount of his time. He also explained the financing options and optional care program very clearly and slowly for her so that she understood all her choices. I am so grateful for such a caring and personable sales person. That is rare indeed! Also, the gentleman that delivered the pieces couldn’t have been more sweet and polite. Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely be back!

I loved my furniture shopping experience at Bob Mills Furniture! There was an outstanding selection of quality living room sets, I purchased a leather sectional, chair, and coffee table and end tables I was thrilled with. The prices were fair and my sales representative, Phil Ferguson, was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Bob Mills Furniture for your home decor needs!

(Have open claim) will update once a resolution is met…. It’s been 6 days since delivery 🚚. . Chairs are scratched, frame scratched .. couch showed up in open U-Haul with trash haul away furniture. So dirt. Everywhere. Opened a claim. Nothing yet … 1 star at this time … -#Corporate It’s now been two weeks and they sent me a replacement chairs with no screws so they are completely useless and they closed out my claim without checking that everything was fine. I’m still missing shipment of a full replacement item so I have to wait an entire month with my daughter, not having a bed that we paid for.
