I recently had an outstanding experience at the Canales Furniture, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help us find exactly what we were looking for. I especially want to give a huge shout-out to our salesperson, Celesté. Even though she looks young, don’t let that fool you — she is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to furniture, quality, and the purchasing process. She took the time to answer all of our questions, explain our options, and made sure we felt confident about every decision. You can tell she truly understands the products and cares about helping customers find the right pieces for their home. Celesté was patient, friendly, and never pushy, which made the entire experience enjoyable instead of stressful. Her professionalism and attention to detail really stood out, and it’s clear she takes pride in what she does. If you’re shopping for furniture in the Waco area, I highly recommend stopping by Canales Furniture and asking for Celesté. She’ll take great care of you and make sure you leave happy with your purchase. Great store, great selection, and exceptional customer service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
