Furniture Row

We went in and were immediately welcomed by Jayden Neal. My wife and I were looking for area rugs, and Jaden was very helpful. We asked for the rugs to be taken down and laid on the floor so we could look at them side-by-side to see if they coordinated. He was very pleased to do it. We ended up buying three rugs 2 8 by tens and one 5 x 7. We just bought a new house with another bedroom and we needed to buy a king bed for a guest room. Jayden showed us all the advantages of his most popular bedroom set so we bought it. It was a very pleasant experience.

Delivery was good and showed up when expected. However to not unbox or put the furniture together after how much we paid is absurd. Next time we will be buying from a place that unboxes and does set up.

Anthony was WONDERFUL. Sneakily helpful at just the right times, probably when we looked confused. I’m sure he was THINKING “ope! We’ve got a live one!” But he certainly kept his cool and didn’t treat us like he was thinking that. 😏 My husband doesn’t like salespeople (mostly because he was one), but he liked Anthony and insisted we only buy a couch from him. 😊 In general, the selection is large enough that the way you can shop for sectionals now (basically sit, see if you like the feel and shape, then ‘choose your own adventure’ as far as size, seating types, color etc), we didn’t even bother going elsewhere. It’s overwhelming, but much LESS overwhelming than last time we bought furniture, 15 years ago. Have to wait a couple months for stock, but it’s probably because we’ve got such great taste and picked a hot commodity. 😏Thank you, Anthony! I’ve been told I’m persuasive myself, so I hope they give you a raise. My husband and I didn’t even bicker - high five!

I dealt with Ryan in the bedroom area and Robert in the mattress area. Both were exceptional!!! They both took PLENTY of time with me while greeting other customers and letting them know they would be right with them. Robert mad we sure to show me every brand of mattress that would accommodate my needs to ensure comfort at home. And by the way, their prices were lower than the other 2 furniture stores located by them. I would definitely recommend thiss place and will be back for future purchases if needed.

Thrilled with our experience! Unlike most furniture stores in the area, we weren’t immediately hounded by salespeople when we walked in and had an opportunity to browse. We had a few pieces we were interested in, and the employees were patient in answering our questions. We left with a great deal on the items and will definitely be back in the future!
