We had an excellent time at Furiture Row! We were able to get the couch we wanted, with every feature a person could want, for a great price! Sonya was wonderful! She knew exactly which couch we were looking for, before we even finished telling her what we were looking for. Sonya was very knowledgeable and professional, and the paperwork part took almost no time at all. Furniture Row will always be our first stop in the future. Thank you Sonya!

Overall great experience from start to finish. The showroom was clean and well-organized, making it easy to browse. Colleen was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for within my budget. Daniel and Isaac were incredibly helpful in explaining the different options, comfort levels, and features. Their patience and expertise really stood out.The delivery was on time! Tom and Luke assembled everything quickly and professionally. Outstanding team! The follow-up after delivery was really impressive. Colleen followed up by calling and texting to make sure everything arrived safely and that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. That level of care and attention truly set this store apart. Thank you!

Micah was my primary sales representative. She was awesome. I must give kudos to the other staff as well as they were great ! I recommend them highly. I also purchased a mattress from them. Great service in helping me choose the right one!

There’s a great selection of furniture here. I purchased a couch and the service was amazing. We were helped by Gavin Frye who was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. He was always there to answer questions or provide us with helpful information about the items we were looking at, but wasn’t pushy or hovering. All-in-all it was a surprisingly enjoyable furniture shopping experience, I would highly recommend it.
