My wife and myself had a great experience with the salesman (Alex) from beginning to end at the Sleep Number store in Lafayette indiana. Alex was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous with us! We give a big thank you to Alex and Sleep Number for the demonstration and the individual breakdown of options for the mattress choices that were presented to us ! Jody is awesome! She is very knowledgeable about her products and services. Jody was very patient in explaining how the Sleep Number bed works & took the time to pick out the best bed for my needs. She covered the cost and warranty thoroughly and explained it so l could easily understand it all. Jody also took the time to assist in setting up my app! Thank you, Jody!!! Alex was informative and helpful and very pleasant. He’s got a James Earl Jones voice that could put you to sleep while testing the mattresses. He really was a great resource. Much more than a salesman.
