I was excited about getting our new furniture and the sales person was very nice. We had some back orders with getting the couch but we were okay with that as we weren’t in a hurry and were going on vacation anyway. However when we finally received our couch and our new two chairs the delivery drivers said they didn’t have the legs to our couch but that they would let them know and send us new ones in the mail in the next month. We waited almost two months and didn’t receive the legs so we called to get them sent to us. They were nice on the phone and coordinated a delivery driver to send us our legs in the next week since we live 30min away. Today they brought the legs, we weren’t home but I asked that they leave them in my mailbox which they did. The guy on the phone was nice and professional too. But then when we opened the package the legs look like old wood that someone just cut off an old couch and put screws in them. It looks like they would scratch up our hardwood floors and the screw heads would be on the part that would touch the floor. So I looked at our two chairs that were the same brand to see if they had better quality legs and they are. Not sure why they felt the need to send us what looks like scraps to use on our new couch. I would like someone to just send us good quality legs for our new couch like what we bought. These are the pictures of the legs that they sent after waiting 2 months.

Ordered a table and chairs from Michelle. They came from the warehouse in a timely manner, and she even had the crew put together the chairs for me. It was a very nice set. Great product, and great customer service!

The sales team is really laid back, friendly, and easy to talk with. I went in to pick up an item I'd ordered a few weeks prior. While there I impulsively decided to maybe buy a couple more items. The salesman proposed an amazing deal. I was super excited about the purchase. I will definitely be a returning customer.
