Tyler helped us decide on the perfect sectional! We initially were looking between 2, but Tyler pointed out another we’d managed to completely overlook and it wound up being just what we were looking for! There was never any pressure to purchase and he was very knowledgeable of the products. The sectional arrived very quickly- in under a week! We opted to pick the sectional up ourselves and the warehouse team was immensely helpful with it onto our trailer and assembly was easy! We will definitely be back for future home furniture needs.

We came to just shop but found the perfect love seat/recliner It fit me perfect and we were both comfortable. Had more than we were actually looking for but am sure we will enjoy all if it. Michelle was wonderful. She explained it all so well. Have bought several things here and have been very satisfied.

Michelle was so helpful and friendly. She saved me every dollar that she could, even though it made more work for her. She was attentive but not overbearing. Great experience overall. Tyler, the store manager, was very helpful and made sure we choose the right mattress and got a great deal on it. Michelle was also very helpful and made the process easy. Both were professional, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience buying multiple pieces at Furniture Row. The sales staff weren’t pushy at all and allowed space while still being attentive. We found good quality furniture for decent pricing and their perks of buying from them sound great. Waiting for delivery and install to see what that experience is like.
