We were greeted immediately upon entering the store. The staff was attentive and friendly while also giving us time to browse without pressure. Rhonda was amazing! After we talked she knew exactly what to direct us to that was exactly what we described. She was patient and very helpful. Couldn’t recommend Rhonda and this store more.

Deliveries by appointment. OTR drivers enter at east end of building. They have dedicated trucks that need to come in from West side. Best to park in driveway before turning behind building for check in/dock assignment. Narrow alley, no room to park except at dock or east end of building. Recvg opened at 0755, unload started once I docked and they got right to it. These are furniture loads, so it takes a while, but they don't mess around.

We have made past purchases from Furniture Row, but Madeline was so friendly, informative and knowledgeable about the pieces we were looking for. We were amazed. We are moving from an RV and needing furniture within a timeframe. Cody helped us find a bedroom and living room set and some bar stools all within our budget! Will definitely do more accent shopping when we move in!

Price competitively. Significantly important was they possessed items both of my daughters desired. Staff was friendly and responded to all questions. No pressure applied when we left to consider competitor options, which we did, but felt they offered the higher quality items at a price and delivery arrangement we were comfortable with
