We purchased our living room furniture a few months ago and recently had an issue with a couple of buttons on the tufted sofa seat coming off. I called last week when the second one came up and was promptly put in touch with your furniture repair person, Dominick. Today he came out, took care of the buttons and did an excellent job! Just like new again! So happy you have an in-house furniture repair person … we’ll keep buying from Furniture Row. Thank you.

I was so happy to come in and meet with a sales person who was NOT pushy! He helped me find what I wanted and then would walk away and let me think about it. I was able to find 2 amazing kitchen chairs, 2 beautiful giant Rugs, a reclinsectional and a outdoor swing for an unbelievable sale price!!! I thank you so much furniture row!! I will be back if I ever need anything else!!

Ordered 4 chairs in December. Had to pay for whole order upfront. They said they would be in the end of January then it was mid February finally just canceled order. No apology or anything. BUYER BEWARE.

Our sales consultant, Ryan, was very helpful. The furniture seems to be very good quality. The only thing that would have made our experience better is if the furniture could be delivered sooner.

Salesman was very friendly and helpful. Went out of his way to help us find what we were looking for. Found what I was looking for and cheaper than what he had found at Big Lots! for the same thing (only this was a name brand)
