Mo from Futon World was fantastic. Courteous, very mindful of ensuring no damage to my home and just a great guy. They had to get the Murphy bed up to the THIRD FLOOR, up two very narrow staircases of my 1860s home in Lambertville. They worked so hard to get the job done. Thank you so much Mo (and your assistant) for your professionalism!! I also love the bed! Beautiful and comfortable.

Kim was so helpful, answering all my questions, and giving me tons of options. Moe delivered my futon on a Saturday and he assembled it perfectly in no time! Even though I didn’t buy anything during my visit to Futon World, it was a great experience. Angel was welcoming, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in detail without any pressure to purchase. The store was neat, clean, and well laid out.
