Working virtually from New Jersey while I’m based in Boston, Jon provided a truly white-glove experience. He made the process seamless through exceptional attention to detail, thoughtful guidance, and clear communication. Even when a major snowstorm was forecasted, Jon proactively moved up the delivery of our headboard, sheets, and mattress pad so everything arrived in advance. This allowed me to have the sheets washed, and everything prepared before the mattress and base arrived, a level of foresight and care that is rare. This was a major purchase, and I was nervous to spend this kind of money right after the Holidays. Jon was supportive every step making me feel informed and fully supported on each item I selected. I went in first thing in the morning and had the place to myself. Sunny helped me find the exact mattress I was looking for and then I went hunting for more furniture as well. This was, at least for me, the perfect experience. Zero pressure. Not a million add-ons being pushed. Nobody hovering. In and out quick. Super happy and definitely will come back!

Leslie was amazing! I popped into the Rt 4 East store parking lot quite by accident. I needed a new bed but was actually out shopping for a suit all day. When l accidentally pulled into their parking lot it looked closed and yet it was still open. Even though it was late and very close to closing time Leslie was very helpful and genuinely happy to show me all of my options and demonstrate the bed frames and explain the levels and the zero gravity advantages. Not once did l ever feel rushed or over sold. She allowed me to try each bed and explained all the differences and listened to what l was looking for and she led me right to it. The minute l got on that particular bed l knew it was the one for me and she gave me an excellent price and l bought it! Can't wait to have my new comfy bed! We visited the store looking for a couch and was helped by Nicole, she was very knowledgeable and patient. We appreciate honesty when it comes to sales experiences and she was able to provide multiple options for what she thought would be best for us with a toddler and dogs. The store itself was extremely organized and very clean. Staff was friendly. We went in to ONLY look and ended up leaving after purchasing a beautiful sectional with sleeper, a new bed frame and this awesome chair for our living room. We have plans to head back to see Nicole for an adjustable mattress base and some other pieces. The inventory is great and plenty to see. Highly recommend this location and definitely ask for Nicole.
