The place is very nice when you first walk in. I never felt pressured by any of the salesmen. Our sales man was Brian, and he was very patient with us, walked us through all the recliners that we were looking at. And we ended up finding one that was just right for my dad. Brian was very nice, very polite , we never felt pressured by him at all. I think we got a very good recliner for a very fair price. My dad ( Chester) loves his chair. He was able to get a same-day delivery. I was so grateful for that. Thank you, Brian if I’m ever in need of any more furniture, I will come by there and talk to you.
View on GooglePublic Notice: I recently acquired this furniture, delivered on August 6, 2025, approximately 10 months ago. As I share a residence with Ray for a couple of days a week, the furniture was not in constant use. Despite this, I have required service on four separate occasions, including the replacement of the reclining mechanism. Gardner White and the manufacturer have attributed this to normal wear and tear. Considering the premium price point and purported top-of-the-line quality, I am extremely disappointed and will refrain from making any future purchases from Gardner White, as their products have proven to be of subpar quality.

Great selection in store, I was able to see most of the options I saw online which was nice. Todd was patient and gave me time to browse. Once I had it narrowed down, he showed me similar options I hadn't noticed. He was knowledgeable about the different fabrics and styling options for my room size. Financing options for everyone and the process was painless. Very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Todd or Saso!

Jason, the manager, was honestly one of the best I’ve dealt with—he went above and beyond to help us, followed up consistently, and paid attention to every detail. He even considered things I didn’t think about, which made a huge difference in the process. Francesca was also amazing—very patient, informative, and genuinely friendly throughout the entire experience. She took her time to make sure we were comfortable with our decisions. Sam was extremely helpful over the phone as well, making everything smooth from start to finish. Overall, top-tier customer service all around. Highly recommend!
