Sleep Number

The employees at the Allen Park store were so kind and knowledgeable. We didn't feel pressured to buy a bed, but instead, felt listened to. Keith took his time to really find out our needs. We ultimately did buy a bed because we found the perfect product at the right price. We were offered 0%interest for 24 months and that sealed the deal. Mia was incredibly helpful, as well, closing out our agreements. I'd highly recommend this store.

Mia, Michelle & Keith became family. We were in their store (Allen Park) so many times from the decision-making of the type of bed to all the various bedding & pillow options that we had the joy of interacting with all three of them. Each time, they were honest, knowledgeable, heard our concerns and understood what we both needed. They never pushed for a sale, they were so patient with great personalities. When we did make our purchase 08/2025, they followed-up with us mulitple times and we received communication on delivery. The delivery guys was great as well with the set up and providing instructions to us on how to use our wonderful new bed. This is not just a bed, it is an investment and peaceful rest. Now I can have my side at a different level than my husband, make adjustments to the mattress setting and I can turn on my cooling when I have my own personal summer LOL In addition, I purchased a headboard from Wayfair and it attached just fine. Go see them they will surely provide great customer service to you!

I've had my sleep number almost 2 yrs now. Went to the Allen Park store to buy a frame and headboard finally. Keith and Mia are THEE BEST. They answered my questions about the furniture the frame and any other questions I have concerning my bill. The patience they show is very noticeable. Allen Park Sleep number is my go to for all my bedding.

From the moment we walked in until we left Keith was amazing. Hospitality is an understatement. He treated us like family and I recommend that if you need a Sleep Number go see him
