This short rv queen mattress is our third ghostbed this year. To say that we are thrilled about these mattresses is an understatement. Rodney was super helpful in assisting us not only with selecting the mattress and sheets, but gave us a very fair price considering we are repeat customers. So now in both of our RVs and at the house, we know that we’ll have the same sleep quality, very happy with these guys.

My first purchase was the standard 10" King size mattress, which has been absolutely perfect. The memory foam provides the best sleep I’ve ever had, and honestly, everyone who has either slept on or simply sat on the mattress has commented on how amazing it feels. This time around, I decided to upgrade and purchased the **Venus Williams Serve model**. From the moment I first walked into the GhostBed store, I received outstanding customer service. Beth, who greeted me on my first visit, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to ask me the right questions and guided me to the perfect mattress (the same one she personally sleeps on, which says a lot!). Even though I didn’t purchase that day and went to try out other brands, nothing compared to GhostBed. When I came back, Greg assisted me and was equally impressive — professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the products. Both Beth and Greg made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. In addition to the mattress, with my purchase, I received two memory foam cooling pillows (perfect for side sleeping, providing excellent neck support) and I also scored two shredded pillows (which fit beautifully in the lower curve of my back). I’ve wasted too much money over the years buying pillows from department stores that never last — but these GhostBed pillows are in a league of their own. They are high quality, incredibly comfortable, and well worth the investment. To top it off, I also got the **GhostBed massaging neck pillow**. I am in love with it already and cannot wait to take it on my next flight to Washington, DC. GhostBed has truly exceeded my expectations, both in product quality and in customer service. I would like to thank Greg at ghost bed plantation Florida for helping us. We’ve had our ghost bed for five years and have loved it. I thought the bed was broken and was looking to repair it. I brought our remote controls to the store when I went in to see if they repaired their beds. We walked out of the store extraordinarily happy as it turns out our remote controls were wonky. Went home, paired the bed to the new controls, and I am back in my adjustable bed, which I can never give up

I'm pretty surprised but some of these crazy reviews on here. Our experience has been 5 stars with incredible service afterwards. We live in Canada and In Jan 2021 we purchased a Split King adjustable bed with the Ghostbed 3D Matrix mattresses, Ghost Protector, 4 Pillows, and sheets/pillow cases. It did take around 2 weeks for delivery, and it turns out a cable was missing for the motor power on one side. We notified them and they got it sent out quickly. Come Dec 2021 and one of the Motors wasn't working as it should be, after sending a few pictures to Ghostbed's support people they immediately new the problem, and a week later they sent 2 new adjustable frames, not just 1, because apparently something has changed for the unison syncing. We also purchased a 2nd set of sheets/pillow cases last fall because they really are the most comfortable sheets we have ever slept on. And the mattress...... Wow. It's incredible! No more back pain, and we can both set it to our own preferences for sleep. I really can't say enough about this company, their products, and their warranty service. Thank You.
