I recently purchased specialized Italian Technogel and ergonomic pillow for the legs at Relax The Back in Plantation, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The quality of the products is outstanding, it’s a new way to sleep 💤 all night long but what truly made the difference was the exceptional customer service. Daniela was phenomenal — knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me find exactly what I needed. She took the time to explain the benefits of each pillow, guided me through the options, and educated me on proper support and sleep posture. My experience at Relax the Back was quite pleasant. The store is located in a convenient location and parking was readily available. Inside, the store was clean, organized and welcoming. Karina, the representative on duty at the time greeted me warmly and was extremely knowledgeable addressing any questions and concerns.
