I had the pleasure of working with Fernando when I recently purchased my new mattress, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, Fernando was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to my needs. Fernando took the time to understand what I was looking for in terms of comfort, support, and budget, and helped guide me through the various options available. What impressed me the most was his genuine interest in ensuring I made the right choice. I never felt pressured, and Fernando answered all my questions- which were a lot- thoroughly. He explained the difference of each one of the mattresses I was inquiring about and let me try each one of them to ensure I was happy with my purchase. Delivery by Arturo was also great, he communicated efficiently with me, he was punctual and careful while delivering my new mattress. Im very happy with my purchase and excited for a great night's sleep! I highly recommend working with Fernando if you’re in the market for a new mattress.

Experience was fantastic. Arturo help me at the showroom, he explained my wife and I about the differences between beds. He was super patience and kind, he explained me about Warranties as well that was a key factor for my purchase. My waiting time was a little bit more that what we expected but again Arturo upgraded our mattress and gave us two pillows at no cost. Once they got it they were super helpful delivery was smooth and fast. Thank you Arturo and everyone involve.

False advertising! Be aware they posting mattress and after you come they pushing you to buy other one telling that they are all same. After you asking why you posting and confirming on phone mattress that are different then you got in stock, owner answers that come tomorrow and I will put any label you want! *** regarding owner answer: you did post mattress for sale, with all description, price and specifications. I agreed to pay the price. I asked twice before coming about specks of the mattress, you did confirm everything. After driving more than 1hr the item you showed me was totally different firmness (plush! Not medium). That’s why you initially didn’t allow to get off the plastic wrap. After I spotted that the mattress was different you just said “they are all the same! and if you want I can put tomorrow different sticker” all conversation confirmed with text messages. And after all this you just wanted to buy the mattress you offered?? Is it a joke? No warranty, shady advertising, not honest service. And this review is a minimum you deserve.

Very nice business. Came in with my brother. Owner was not trying to force a sale at all & He explained the different beds very well. Was very patient too because he knew how important choosing the right bed is. He was able to deliver the bed within hours which made me really happy. I will be recommending this business. Well done!

Arturo was top-notch! High level communication, easy to work with, and delivered on exactly what he said he would. I live over 3 hours away from their store locations- Arturo made the transaction stress-free and simple. Making a large purchase without ever seeing the product and getting a great deal, couldnt be happier! Can't say enough good things about him and his company.
