As the owner, I will confirm that no we did not get back to Mr. Carlson right away, as he was informed of this at the time of his call. He called right before the holidays, and was informed that we were quite busy. And since he did not buy the chair from us and never contacted the place where he did buy the the chair, he was not a top priority. We did repair his chair for him. That being said I will never sell to him either.
View on GoogleI have bought a table and two chairs, a complete bedroom set, a large chair that turns into a twin bed, and small accessories, etc.. Julie was excellent!! They all are very nice. Since the above purchase, I bought a new set of living room furniture, couch, love seat, end tables, coffee tables, lamps, and to top it off, I bought a new dining room table and six chairs, with the bar top height. All the things you added to this furniture, locally built outside of Pigeon, were all priced the same, no matter what wood pattern you chose, and chairs could be cushioned with material to your liking, or the same color as your table. Both Julie and Marla were instrumental in helping me, and are a true pleasure to work with. They held my furniture for almost 3 months, and half will be delivered the first of Christmas., Santa is coming early to my house thanks to Godwin's of Bad Axe.
View on GoogleAvoid Lazy boy leather..and don't buy extended warranty. Worth less... Loop hole in the leather warranty is that, "Body oil will make leather color come off" Not covered... After less than a year contacted the store. Took a month for someone to come look at it. Another 3 weeks to tell you everything is covered but that.. I gave a ceap leathers from Big lotsvthat is 7 yesrs old and the color is like new for only $350 compared to $2,300 for lazy boy and worthless extended warranty
View on GoogleI called Murrays for a repair. They said they will send someone to look at it in a couple days. So they know what parts to order. Two weeks later still haven't had any service people and not even a phone call! The customer service here is terrible. I will never buy from them
