We went there last week looking for a wooden display cabinet. The woman that "didn't help" us could not have been less interested. The was nothing in the store and she had no suggestions and said ordering would take forever with no guarantees. On the way out I stopped at their self help screen and found at least five cabinets with two we would consider but Definitely will not buy here nor will we return.
View on GoogleI have tried 3 different times to make purchase but have never! The customer service is horrible nobody speaks to you, smiles at you, nothing! I tried yesterday to purchase a lazy boy recliner and after being in the store 30+minutes and nobody saying anything walked out after I got information from recliner! Yes there was a person in there working with a couple but didn’t acknowledge us being in there and a man sitting at a computer said nothing! I came home called Owosso and what a pleasant experience by phone ….. purchased and picked it up! Never will I go back to Lapeer store they just don’t know what customer service is!
View on GoogleAttentive staff. We were greeted upon arrival. Melissa helped us pick out our Lazy boy, answered our questions, and helped the guy load it in my truck! We will definitely shop there again.
View on GoogleVery extensive selection with brand new furniture to floor model and outlet pricing levels in the back. Credit application was easy. Delivery cost is very reasonable. Our sales staff was very knowledable and friendly. We will definitely come back and buy more in the future!
View on GoogleI recently purchased a lazy boy recliner and a matching sofa recliner. I have to tell any one who is reading this what a wonderful experience I had. After going to many stores to look for The perfect set . We went to Godwins last but from now on it will be first. They have a huge selection and the nicest sales people. We had the pleasure of working with a man named Bob, the manager. He was so helpful . It was a pleasure shopping there I would Highly recommend this store You won't be disappointed.
