Grand Home Furnishings Outlet

We were spoken to as soon as we came into the outlet. We got to ask questions about the furniture. We weren't followed around and pressured to buy anything. I really liked that part. We got to take our time to freely look around. Jimmy Aliff is an honest salesman. I will definitely be going back to purchase more furniture. He has got my business in the future.

We have shopped at several places for furniture for our new home. This was our best experience without a doubt. I compared prices & quality of product…they beat everyone else on both! Also, our sales person Taylor Ellis was fabulous. She let us look without being intrusive, pointed us in the direction of similar products, & ready with a measuring tape to help with size to room. I don’t remember ever having such a wonderful sales person. To Taylor’s manager…We will definitely be asking for her when we return for another item or two. She told us they get new merchandise weekly. I will move on but I could sing her praises for hours. Pictures aren’t great since furniture is still wrapped to move soon. It is a six piece leather sectional & a counter height table with 6 chairs. A big shout out to the guys loading our furniture. They did a great job wrapping & worked so hard getting us on our way. Thank you Grand Home Furnishing, we had a great experience!

Good deals and huge selection it’s not like a traditional outlet or clearance store where it’s tons of overstock, clearance, discontinued they do have some of that but most of it is the stuff at a regular Grand Home Furnishing where they have plenty of stock and stuff is always in stock and comes from the real warehouse/distribution center that the public is not allowed in, don’t get me wrong the place is huge and has way more selection because everything is out on the floor and the building is 3 times as big as your typical Grand I would say and there are still huge discounts and marked down furniture it just wasn’t exactly what I thought it was when I heard the name and looked it up online, but is also definitely one of the places you want to check and stop at when furniture shopping and is the biggest building and selection around I believe.

This is the second time I have bought furniture at the Outlet and still do like the lack of sales pressure here and the generally quality furniture. This time I bought a Powell Rubberwood dining table discounted to $198. Unfortunately when the legs were taken off at the outlet one of the employees used the wrong tool and stripped two of the bolts which caused me some difficulty in putting the not well made legs back on. I love the table but was a little disappointed when I went to the manufacturer’s website to check the type of solid wood used and found the very same table with free shipping for $98. Oh well still love the table and the Outlet!

Jennifer was my salesperson and she was great. Patient and helpful. The guys loading the furniture took great care to be sure everything was wrapped and secure.
