I love my new modular sofa and custom LazyBoy ottoman. I worked with Jeremy Preston who was eager too assist me. He was patient and listened to my needs. He is wonderful at picking and matching fabric! Highly recommend Grand and Jeremy! I do have to keep protectors and blankets so the boys can enjoy and not ruin the fabric.

The staff here is amazing. Tanner helped us get the table we wanted super quickly and Emily was an absolute treasure getting us checked out and talking with me and my toddler. Everyone really that we met there was delightful and especially friendly to my daughter who just absolutely loved the store in general. I wish I had a reason to buy more furniture right now just to go back. I’d recommend them to anyone!

Our first time to Grand. Made us smile right off the get go. Actual people opening the doors when you enter onto the VIP red carpet. We were greeted by Design Consultant Matt Cortes. He asked if he could help us find something. We told him we were in the market for a power sofa. Off we went! He took us all around the enormous showroom showing us various manufacturers & price points. Quite frankly, Matt has the patience of a Saint. His award winning smile & sense of humor made us feel at ease. We found our couch & can't wait to have it in our living room. Thanks again Matt & thank you for showing us the carousel, bears & car. Overall a really fun shopping experience. Highly recommend.

Cindy, the sales representative who handled the transaction, along with her associate Joseph, were instructive, helpful, and very informative as to why this particular chair was advantage to me. There was no undo chatter. It was all related to what was good about the chair and how it helped me. Because I have a new knee a month ago I’ve been having trouble sleeping at night and this chair. Definitely will help me get some sleep that I have not been able to get on a regular Bed.

We called in and spoke to Rodney Cooper who helped us understand what they had in stock at Valley view showroom vs. the Grand Outlet. He wasn’t pushy and referred us to Jeremy at the outlet. In the end we came to valley view and the selection, presentation, and service was phenomenal. Everyone was a pleasure to speak with and they took care of our two little girls with small gifts like a balloon and some free flashlights. Small gestures but very sweet and impactful. We found the perfect couch for us and it was a great price even with the white glove delivery and protection plan, which if it goes unused will revert to store credit which is amazing since we will be back for more furniture soon. We were especially thankful for Rodney Cooper and his above and beyond, honest customer service. He’s a genuine guy and he helped us from the very first phone call until we walked out. We also had a great time speaking with the girls in finance, most notably Shayna, who was very helpful, friendly and just a sweet person. We will be loyal customers from here on out. That’s how it works for us; if they are this good every time we visit, we have no need to go anywhere else ever again for our home furnishing needs. Thank you all again.
