Sleep Number

We showed up about an hour before closing on a Sunday, but Brad took care of us all the same. He walked us through the options and technology. We were able to try out the functionality and choose a bed that fit our needs. Super easy process. No pushy sales tactics, just a helpful consultation. Can't wait for our new bed to arrive!

Brad was great! He spent a ton of time with me, answered 1 million questions, and walked me through the best options for getting my new bed. It was well worth going into the store. I had been planning on a different bed when I looked online but ended up deciding on one that felt much better. Super grateful for all the in person help!

We purchased a twin xl for our handicapped daughter. There was an issue with the air chamber not holding air after 3.5 years of use. We were told We had to pay over $200 to replace the chamber. Less than a year later We just paid another $200 for another replacement chamber. Basically We are paying $200 per year for this bed rental. I talked to 2 representatives who said the company accepts no responsibility for an obviously defective flaw with their product. So much for their claim of great customer service for their customers and their claims of outstanding products. Understand what you're getting into with the huge investment they ask for in return for a potentially defective product.

Had a wonderful experience. Information was helpful and Bradley Pully knew all about the Sleep Number products. He showed me the items I wanted.

I stopped in this store on Black Friday for the sale. The salesman was busy with another customer so he offered to take my number and give me a call when he was finished. It all worked out perfectly. I researched a couple of beds that I wanted to see. John provided a demo of the features of those beds and also gave me a pillow to use for the demo. He was spot on with the pillow choice and I bought two. After the demo, I decided to purchase a bed. John answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. He also made sure that my mom got her referral credit, even though she purchased her bed well over 15 years ago. I was very pleased with my experience at this store and highly recommend them for their professionalism and how they truly seem to value their customers. I never felt pressured (I hate high pressure sales), but rather that I was heard and guided to the best (not the most expensive) product for me. They get a well deserved five stars from me.
