Excellent assistance to find our leather-like/feel 3 seat sofa. He knew where to direct us, and remembered which ones we did like.. The assistance was not pushy, added information mostly. Found other items along the way, with great prices. After years of shopping around… Grand is our go-to store, no more comparison shopping! Plenty varieties of whatever we have wanted.

We were graded by friendly staff, the associate that helped us was very accommodating and really knew the information about what we were looking for Also, very friendly we enjoyed talking with her. The only thing we were surprised by was a $200 fee that we didn't anticipate until a phone call after we got home from our experience. That may have influenced my decision about buying a manual versus electric sofa. But overall, very satisfied.

We saw that Grand carried Lazy boy so we stopped by to look at a living room set. Not only did we purchase the set but we also bought a king size bed with top and bottom recline. We had a great saleswoman named Linda Tillery. She took her time explaining everything and made sure all our questions were answered. Financing was easy and we were out the door. She made the experience fun and we shared a lot of laughs. We love our new furniture in a new house. Thank you so much Linda and the rest of the staff. Truly was a pleasure working with you.

A few concessions were made owing to my not wanting head and foot boards, but all in all new bed and night stands are being delivered next week, which is way faster than I anticipated.
