As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted with a friendly welcome and received great customer service from General Manager Kali. She was very helpful and answered all my questions! We found a nice living and dining set that fits our budget. Thank you for your help!!

their def unprofessional and will continue to tell you your account is in legal action . the way they talk to you makes you want to avoid them but you want to have communication so your merchandise doesn’t get repossessed , i told them my situation after being on unpaid leave and try to put what i could down , they tried to ask when’s the next time i could pay , i didn’t respond within mins & than they said they need the whole amount put down . anyways they took my merchandise that i had for over a year just bc i was a month behind and i tried to work with them, just to find out they sold my TV for 100$ FLAT OUT . how ridiculous, all that money i put towards it just for them to sell my 55inch for 100$ , this place literally get their money worths while you pay more , if that’s the case i could’ve found a way to just keep my tv , highly upset and hope the owner takes care of the way they talk and harass people .

Really hate dealing with this company! If I wasn’t so far done with my stuff I give this mess back the way they text people about a payment is shameful and think you supposed to be afraid to text back? No o have Rights??? Where is Kreme? Good customer service always?? I WILL NOT GET ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS STORE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! Talk to you like a child and I got text to prove it! One person’s text Dakota then Michelle!! Like really people 1 week late and the harassment is un called for like it a month behind???
