Arlene at Ashley Furnitue in Lakeland FL AhhhhMAZING!!! I was able to show her pictures of a home that I just bought and how it was decorated. She intuitively looked at the floor colors, and she directed me to exactly what I needed to furnish my living room and dining room. When people walk in, they say, how in the world did you get the color scheme to match to well? My immediate answer is because of my unbelievably, wonderful ARLENE at Ashley furniture!!! She did not pressure me as she made suggestions, and she'd get halfway through putting it in as an order and I'd say, oh, i'm not sure, and she instinctively deleted that and started again! Ask for Arlene and you won't be sorry!!!!

Order #725011364721. Delivered wrong color furniture twice. Delivery picked up the furniture from our home on 06/05/26, delivery team damaged the floor, dry wall, door frame and few nicks on the stairs. Ashley customer service still has not issued a refund and their customer service claims that delivery is non refundable even though they delivered wrong furniture twice. Made a property damage claim on 06/05, still no one contacted us regarding the damage. Customer service seems to be overseas, they’re not very helpful because they don’t have any information unless they put me in hold and try to call someone else. I will consider changing this review to a more positive one once there is a resolution to a refund and property damage claim. Update. 06/22/26. -Still no contact from anyone regarding damage claim. Looks like best path forward is obtaining an attorney to pursue further action. -Refund was issued.

Ashley furniture on 98 N. deserves more than just a Google review. Their customer service is outstanding and the way that they treat their customers it goes beyond any other furniture store in Polk County. Paula Is an exceptional saleswoman and will help you with all of your furniture needs!!!!! She is so laid-back and down to earth and knew exactly what I needed and wanted. The manager’s there are exceptional as well and knew that I needed something in my budget and made it work for me. Thank you so much for all of your help and I can’t wait to get my furniture!!!!!

Heida was very knowledgeable and the was the only salesperson that approached us and helped make our decision for our purchase. One associate just pointed to the area and said, if you need help just let me know. ( so sad)!! Thank you Heida my husband and I loved doing business with you and will with future purchases.

Sales person was really helpful, as well as the staff at the counter. Both helped me choose a quality entertainment center that should meet my needs for years to come at a very affordable price. Not more than what I wanted and not less. I am keeping them in mind for future business. Highly recommended. P.S. I'm a veteran, if that helps. God bless!
