View on Google2-11-2026 - We have been into this store 4 times over the past 4 months, looking for a Bedroom and Living room set... We finally made a decision and bought both... My girlfriend had an appointment and needed to leave, but after talking to the owner was assured the process would not take long and she could call back and add to the order or do changes within three days and still get the discount. (she called five minutes after closing to add to the order and never received a call back). The Pros - Salesman are knowledgeable... (even if the linger too close for my comfort, felt a little too high pressure for my taste)... The product seems to be of good quality... ( I will update once I get it) The Price was fair... not great... ( seems like they always have "the best sale going on right now") Matt was able to update our order... (Even though I had to call many times in two days before I got ahold of a person... "Due to high call volume, please leave a message" which I did 4 times... and no call backs at all! The Cons- THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE! or RETURN CALLS! Even after leaving several messages, over many days... The "run around" is unprofessional... I had to drive back to the store to get them to talk with me... totally unacceptable... They still could not give me a date after 10 days, of when I would get my order... * The change to the order was refunded, but the amount was different than what we were told over the phone by over $200... * This is to be continued as of right now... I will update once I get the order... They get 2 stars as of now... a chance to improve... we shall see... The crazy thing, we wanted to buy more for the other rooms, but after the very poor customer service, we decided to wait... 3-22-26 Lost another star... down to only one now... Follow up... Lazy Boy pieces are still 3-4 weeks out... Other pieces are still 1-2 weeks out... We made several calls over the past two weeks to get an update, left many messages... today we had to drive down there (again) to get some answers... They were "shocked" that no one returned our calls... lol... this place is a joke... please do not waste your time or $$$... go somewhere else.. anywhere else... Will update after we get our order... 5-1-26... FINALLY day of delivery...

View on GoogleNightmare! Don’t give your hard earned dollars to this place. I was lied to, waited months for my furniture and they sold me the dinged up, scratched floor model. They are dishonest, overpriced and shady. I ordered a couch, dining room set and cabinet. Every single item was wrong or in poor condition. Don’t waste your time or money here.
