Mor Furniture for Less

Annabel was excellent! She was patient, knowledgeable, pleasant, considerate and extremely helpful. She’s not a pushy salesperson. She listened to what we needed, and made recommendations based on that. Good old fashioned customer service and someone who understands that sales are all about relationships. People have a ton of choices when it comes to deciding who to give your business to. I can appreciate when a business understands that, and shows that in the way we’re treated. That’s what Annabel showed us today. We’ll be back, and it’s because of her.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Anabel at Mor Furniture. From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. We had a lot of questions while selecting furniture, and Anabel took the time to thoroughly explain products, options, materials, and layouts without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Her knowledge of the furniture and design process truly stood out. What impressed us even more was her level of customer service outside of normal business hours. She consistently responded to my messages after hours, followed up promptly, and made sure every detail was handled smoothly. That level of dedication and care is rare these days. Anabel made what could have been an overwhelming process feel easy and enjoyable. We truly appreciate her professionalism, patience, communication, and attention to detail. We highly recommend asking for Anabel if you visit Mor Furniture — she was fantastic to work with!

I had a wonderful experience shopping for a new sofa thanks to Anabel. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process. Not only did she help me find the perfect sofa for my needs, but she did so while I was accompanied by my very energetic 8-year-old child. Anabel remained kind, understanding, and professional, making what could have been a stressful shopping trip feel easy and enjoyable. She took the time to answer all my questions, explain my options, and never made me feel rushed. Her exceptional customer service, positive attitude, and genuine willingness to help made all the difference. Thank you, Anabel, for going above and beyond. Your patience and dedication are truly appreciated, and I highly recommend working with you if you're looking for outstanding customer service when visiting the Merced Mor Furniture location.

I am revising my review after the install and delivery. The Delivery crew was nice and installed my couches but after they left I decided to move the furniture around. I found that they didn’t install all the feet on the couches and also one of the recliners had missing rubber protectors on one end. With the protector gone the exposed bolt scratched my floors. I tried calling the sales person Helen and the store number and no response. Lets see if they return my call but I just want it fixed or refund my money.

We had a great experience at Mor today! Anabel Martinez helped us find the perfect sofa for my mom’s home. We told her what we were looking for, and she offered thoughtful suggestions that really helped us decide. She truly listened and cared about what we wanted. We’re so happy with our purchase!
