Annabel was excellent! She was patient, knowledgeable, pleasant, considerate and extremely helpful. She’s not a pushy salesperson. She listened to what we needed, and made recommendations based on that. Good old fashioned customer service and someone who understands that sales are all about relationships.
People have a ton of choices when it comes to deciding who to give your business to. I can appreciate when a business understands that, and shows that in the way we’re treated. That’s what Annabel showed us today. We’ll be back, and it’s because of her.

I am revising my review after the install and delivery. The Delivery crew was nice and installed my couches but after they left I decided to move the furniture around. I found that they didn’t install all the feet on the couches and also one of the recliners had missing rubber protectors on one end. With the protector gone the exposed bolt scratched my floors. I tried calling the sales person Helen and the store number and no response. Lets see if they return my call but I just want it fixed or refund my money.
