My bedroom set is absolutely beautiful. However, my sales consultant who sold me this set had me under the impression that I was getting the adjustable mattress that can go up and down. She gave me a quote for the entire set, which I bought, but when being delivered I was told I did not receive the item that I was under the impression I had bought. The store then stated it’s an additional $2,000-$3,000 to receive what I thought I already bought. I’m just disappointed for being misinformed on the items and price I purchased.

Was so optimistic to get great service. I did not. We bought a new, expensive, sealy posturpeadic mattress. From the moment we walked in we were hit with hard salespeople. She never let up. When we chose our bed she entered the information wrong in the computer, which cost us more because it put us in a higher interest rate. Then when it was time for delivery, they delivered to the wrong address. We had to be there to pick it up and put it in the truck and move it to our new place. We tried calling several times to have this fixed and they were completely incompetent and unhelpful. Upside, we chose the right mattress and it's comfortable. That's the only reason they are getting more than one star. But we did that, not the salesperson. I could have done that at Costco and saved myself some money. Recommendation: go somewhere else.

We went in to Ashley Furniture with a budget, but fell in love with a much better quality sectional sofa set. Ana was fantastic and helped us every step of the way. A couple of backorder items, but the main order will be delivered in just a few days. We might not have been the easiest customers to work with, but the entire staff with Ana at the lead was exceptional. I would highly recommend shopping at the store. Everyone is very attentive and helpful. It’s great to see brick and mortar stores with such great customer service!

Heads up, if you are going to buy a mattress, no refund will be given ; BUY A MATTRESS PROTECTOR COVER with it. Without it you CAN NOT switch out your mattress for another one. We bought a $4000 mattress, in store it was soft and comfortable but when we received the mattress, delivered a week later, the mattress was VERY FIRM AND HARD. Called customer service three days after receiving the bed and they said to try it out for 30 days cause that is their policy. After the third day, we had to put the bed in another room because it was just too hard. Then we went to Costco and bought a $700 bed and that one was way more comfortable. So now here we are I can’t return the bed. Can’t exchange the bed so now it’s just a trophy in the house with a payment every month for $4000 Tempur-pedic bed for three years. At least a good part is there’s no interest… you would think for $4000. It would come with the mattress cover and guaranteed and refunds and everything all above. I am very dissatisfied. Go to Costco pay that $60 membership fee.

Went there this morning to look at power lift recliner chairs. The guy working was the most rude, dismissive horse's hind end I've ever dealt with. "We don't have any. Order from the website." What a terrible impression. No problem, went over to Mor and dropped big coin on a great recliner! Do better Ashley!
