Everyone should get their mattresses here. Ethan was very helpful, knowledgeable, and not at all a typical pushy sales person. He wanted us to get the best mattress for us, not necessarily the most expensive in the store. He took the time to explain pros and cons of the mattresses, especially as they pertain to back support, as that was our main concern. Everyone has wonderful customer service, which is rare to see. We’ll be coming back to buy a recliner soon. 10/10 highly recommend.
View on GoogleEthan and Jacob took excellent care of us during our recent mattress purchase! They were genuinely focused on helping us find the perfect mattress for our needs and never once pressured us into buying anything unnecessary. Their knowledge, patience, and outstanding customer service made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. We truly appreciated their honesty and professionalism and highly recommend working with them!
View on GoogleI took two steps inside and was warmly greeted by Bradon Henson. He was polite and helpful to me while deciding on a replacement Tempur-Pedic mattress. He provided updates while waiting for shipment. The delivery men had the same friendly attitude when the mattress was delivered. Happy ZZZ’s provides excellent customer service!
View on GoogleMy husband and I were looking for couches to go in our first home with little luck. It was so frustrating going into furniture stores and not finding anything we liked, while also being budget friendly. Jacob at Happy Zzz’s went out of his way to find different couches that fit our description and didn’t break the bank. We trusted that he wasn’t selling us junk by the way he provided multiple options to choose from and gave his honest opinion for each. He was also very detailed and transparent about costs and timelines. We cannot recommend Sleepy Zzz’s enough!! It was a pleasure working with Jacob.
