Sleep Number

Sleep number products are awesome. I cant say enough about the quality of sleep you get. Jace from the Paducah was great to work with. Delivery was very professional. No problems in the process whatsoever. Even paying over the phone was super easy. Thanks sleep number of Paducah.

Jon did a great job helping us with selecting a new sleep number. We were replacing a 20 plus year old sleep number. Looking forward to another 20 plus with this one! Thanks Jon

Jace and Luca were both very helpful on the sale of the bed and also the paperwork for the financing. We appreciate their help and will recommend them to others. They were both very educated and positive about the product .

Jace was very helpful, patient, and informative! He made for a good experience on buying a mattress and I would definitely recommend speaking with Jace about the purchase of a new mattress to anyone.

Purchased the premium service package to which covers delivery, Wi-Fi setup, mattress protector install and disposal of old bedding. Delivery guys said they only pick up Sleep Number items and didn’t handle the competitors items which is a lie. Sales said they were supposed to dispose of mattress only. They sure didn’t make that clear when I purchased the service. Who would buy a mattress and frame but only want mattress removed? SMH. Either way it was deceptive by both sales and just a flat out lie by the service department. I wasn’t home so of course they took advantage of my wife’s kindness I tried to call and conveniently got a recording and service was long gone before I could get it resolved. If I was home the new mattress would not have come in. Of course Sleep Number claims to use outside contractors for service so they can wash their hands of any responsibility. I bought a $7000 mattress and frame and spent an extra $350 on the premium service package and they didn’t even put the protector on nor dispose of anything now I’m stuck with the mess on my porch and honesty up front would have prevented this mess. I feel like I have been had by Larry’s used cars and ham sandwiches instead of doing business with a reputable company. Luke in sales and his manager James at the Paducah Kentucky store suck!!
