As you know, purchasing the perfect mattress is not a quick decision. We are very thankful for Keith and Ike and their patience and exceptional information shared and time given to help make this process easier for us. 10 out of 10 we would recommend either of these gentlemen to anyone looking for a mattress and we would most definitely go to them again in the future when we needed anything else. Exceptional customer service and the best part for us is that they did not push anything on us, we did not feel pressured to buy, we just felt very informed to help make our decision.

At this point I can only review my experience in the store. I do not have my mattress purchase at my residence and therefore cannot review that experience however.... The young lady"Eve"at the mattress firm store was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable regarding her products and what product would be most helpful for my sleep. I would say the entire encounter and process with her was very meritorious. I look forward to reviewing the mattress after it is in my home for a reasonable period so I can give an accurate review of the product.

Wayne was awesome. Helped us with our purchase of a purple mattress and adjustable base. He stayed late in order to take care of us and was very helpful through the process.

Went in Mattress Firm to compare adjustable bases and mattresses. Knew very little about them other than we wanted one. Met a very knowledgeable and personable sleep expert Keith. Keith first helped us decide what we were looking for in a bed that would hopefully improve our sleep. He educated us about our potential purchase without any "sales" pressure. We left telling him we would discuss and get back with him but after eating lunch we went back to the store to make our purchase! We will have our new bed delivered in 7 days. Best mattress shopping experience ever!!!
