Tracy was a huge help giving me all the details of the perfect sofa sleeper I was looking to buy. As we are trying to find a sleeper small enough for the space, and excellent quality, I was very focused on what I wanted. She understood the task, had great confidence and provided details with pictures. I’m excited for the purchase and can hardly wait to see it in our home.

This was a fun time . No pressure we move from piece to piece . I was understood a the sales person knew I knew what I wanted . When we found the couch he was willing to bring in the color. Swatch’s so I could play an see my living room ….. knowing I spent more money …. I am happy with my new furniture pieces ….. My fourth time buying from Harkness ….

We looked for months to find a couch with everything we wanted and this was the only furniture store that met our needs. The people are polite, accomadateing, and give you time to look and test out. They even stayed open after closeing to let us look one more time. We came to the right place after comparing prices and finding our couch $500 cheaper and with more features. This furniture store is amazing. On my list we're a recliner, and a new bed. I found a Beauty Rest mattress that was perfect. And a recliner that was perfect. The new mattress was Pricey! But oh soo worth it. Sascha was helpful and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend this furniture store.

My family has been shopping at Harkness since I was a preteen. Even at that age I loved a trip to Harkness and how kind the staff always were to two very pre-teens with their parents. Now it’s one of my favorite local places to get furniture with my husband for our house as an adult. It’s so lovely to be greeted by the same friendliness of the staff over a decade later and get amazing deals for great quality furniture! And the free snacks for shopping customers is a great addition! Extra thanks to Doug, one of the many so friendly sales folks, for talking through the furniture options with us and helping us decide on the right piece!
