Mary took care of us without a fault. After assisting us with our chair purchase and confirming only one was available she spent some time going over options. She had excellent ideas and combinations after getting a flair for our home environment we were creating. We found what we liked somewhere else but weren’t sure of combination of those chairs. We asked Mary for opinion and she didn’t hesitate to say yes regardless of not making the other sale. Great experience and quality furniture.
View on GoogleNot sure how to explain my problem with my hooker double recliner couch. When sitting on either recliner seats it is uneven. Goes down on either of them towards armrest. Very uncomfortable. 3500.00 for couch and just not right. Been year and a half. Salesman had quit the furniture store and no more help. Wont go back to that store. Thanks for no help.

Our sales person, Joyce took all the time in the world and even sent pictures and described the product after she was at home after work! Exceptional customer service, just like the way it used to be! Great deal on Bradington Young! Very reasonable delivery even nearly 180 miles away $250
View on GoogleReceived 2 cabinets and 2 of the lights were not working. The delivery person added it to the delivery receipt, noting that two needed to be sent to us. After not hearing back for a few weeks, I called And received an email that basically this was my responsibility to replace. Pretty poor customer service cannot say I will shop there again..

She went above and beyond to assist with all of my needs. Still working with her. The furniture is high quality and reasonably priced.
