We traveled out of state to do our furniture shopping. We found the perfect sofa at Southern Style Fine Furniture. The sales experience was awesome with no pressure buying. The salesperson was very knowledgeable, friendly and understood what we were looking for. All the sales staff was friendly, but I would highly recommend asking for Joseph. The quality of the furniture is unsurpassed and he took the time to show us that quality. Joseph even helped us pick out fabric, color, and pillow options, spending as much time with us as we needed. Ordering a custom made couch had me concerned about costs, but the pricing was very fair and we got a great deal. Shipping was coordinated thru J&L, and those guys rocked it too. We still have a few more furniture pieces to buy. We will definitely be returning to see Southern Style and Joseph. Thanks guys!

This is a nice store with nice products but I won't buy here again. We bought a couch on Labor Day and were told it would be ready for us by the time we moved into our new home in late October. It's almost Christmas, we've been moved in for two months now, and are still without a couch. Our salesperson never called us with status updates. We had to call to find out what's going on. Their delivery company is terrible. They have had our couch in their possession for over two weeks and are waiting until our delivery is convenient for them. I wouldn't be surprised if we never get it or if it's damaged from being in the delivery company warehouse for weeks.

Patsy was great to work with. She gave me a lot of information and good ideas. The furniture I purchased was exactly what I needed. I look forward to working with her next time.

Karen Fulbright was absolutely amazing helping us pick out the perfect furniture. With all the great choices Southern Style has to offer she made sure we got the best product for our young family of 5. We will definitely be back to Southern Style at the Hickory Furniture Mart and to visit Karen!
