My husband picked up a coffee table with matching ends tables recently. We’ve been looking online and at different places for just the right set for weeks; he found them at Ashley! The tables are SO beautiful!!! He said James was incredibly helpful!! *The sofas, chair, and ottoman are also from Ashley; we’re in love with them as well!!!

We have been going to Ashley's here in Hickory ever since we built our home. We had an empty house begging to be furnished. We walked in for the first time and was promptly greeted by Brian. He is a super guy that carries a great ability to hold a conversation. He made us feel welcomed and comfortable. He was not another salesman pushing for that elusive commission. We stopped in the store a couple of times looking for Brian but left as he must have had the day off. Yesterday, memorial day, we stopped in to purchase a mattress and noticed Brian straight away. We told the other associates who we wanted to see. Brian took us back to the matress area so we could try out all the tempur pedics. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different kinds of mattresses. He took his time with us which we both appreciated. After laying on all of them, we narrowed it down to two and eventually invested in the pro breeze version. We really enjoyed the conversation with Brian and would only buy from him. Do yourself a favor, ask for Brian by name.

My salesperson Stephanie was great from the moment we walked in the store. She demonstrated how to care for and clean the couch upholstery that we ended up buying. She helped me with every step of my purchase over the phone and made it easy for me. She even help me make some changes to my order when I discovered I had ordered something too big. We were looking for an adjustable bed frame , and saw they had a lot to choose from. As we walked through the door, we were greeted by Brian, and he took the time to listen to our needs without any aggressive sales. NICE! He gave us several options, and allowed us all the time we needed to make a logical choice. Thanks Brian , for a pleasant experience, and we look foward to our new bed
