I have had the worst experience with this store/company. I ordered a king bedroom set online for delivery to Pa. The communication was lacking, but the store made up for it by adding upgraded delivery and a free item. My furniture was delivered and four drawers were broken and there was a missing decorative piece. One of the drawers was also cracked. The free item also has a leg coming off of it. I pointed this out when it was delivered. The men took pictures and said they would send them into the company. I attempted to contact the company by calling the next day and several other times. I also sent them a message online. I was told online was a different part of the company and they would let them know to connect with me, but no one called back. In fact, no one has responded to me at all. So, I am stuck with broken furniture that I cannot use. I am disgusted with this and just want functional furniture. Pics: 1- cracked drawer 2- comparison of broken drawer and non-broken door (falls down and isn’t attached to the track, but can’t be removed to be attached) 3/4- missing decorative piece vs what it should look like

I purchase a beautiful living room set and had an amazing experience with House to Home furnishings. . Tavares who provided exceptional service was very helpful, and professional. Because I'm located in Florida, He took the time to send me pictures of different sets to choose from. He gave great advice and I got exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. They made my shopping online for furniture and wonderful experience. I look forward to doing furniture shopping with House to Home furnishings again!

I would not recommend this place, unfortunately. I ordered a set of 3 black tables, paid for shipping etc… and what arrived was one large brown sofa table. This is no big deal as mistakes happen. However, when I asked them to rectify the mistake I could not get in touch with them for a while after trying two phone numbers, their Instagram and the chat feature. When they finally responded they were not sure they could give me a refund (which is wild), but told me to send a picture of the item. I sent them a picture and kept asking them and finally they said i could get a refund. Then, I heard nothing back for a while until I checked in again and they said they would give me a refund if I sent it back. However, this table was quite heavy for me to maneuver myself and I did not want to pay for shipping. After asking them to pay (they did not offer up this option at first) they finally told me they would and they would send someone to come get it. The time they gave me was almost a week ago and I have no refund and no one has come to get it. Every correspondence between asking for a return, asking for them To fund the return, etc… has taken a long time for them to get back to me and is always initially met with resistance. I am presently stuck with a table I don’t need and have wasted $500 they will not give me back. I totally understand that sometimes things can slip through the cracks but the consistent reluctance to help and lack of follow through with things they say they will do has led me to lead this review

READ ALL!!!! Overall the experience at the actual store isn’t horrible at all. The selections are a lot. He has a lot to choose from and it’s very nice. We purchased a king bedroom set new mattresses and all. The mattresses we purchased they didn’t have in stock anymore but he upgraded us to the next thing-that was great. The part that he doesn’t mention is about the interest after the 90 days. It wasn’t explained good at all. Our stuff came out to about 1700 dollars in total for everything. I make an account and it says I owe almost 5,000 dollars in total. I call to figure it out and they pretty much say interest is 3,000 dollars worth which is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! Never have I been somewhere and they charged that much for interest not to mention my credit is good but it’s supposedly not counted anyway. With that being sad I feel almost like it’s a scam and a way to suck you in and be even more in debt unless you know going in you only need those 90 days to pay it off!

I have had an account here for 1 year. In store experience was great. The gentleman that I assume is the owner had great customer skills. They helped me with financing and offered delivery options but I had a truck outside already. Depending on what you buy the interest and Bi-Weekly payments can be high . The secret is to pay your balance off within 90 day to avoid the interest. They also offer a discount on your outstanding balance if you pay your loan off early. If you have a blemish on your credit but have a stable living environment and employment they can definitely help you. You can even order custom furniture (some pieces) , in the color and fabric of your choice. (delivery times may be varied depending on your order).
