Today for the first time my husband and I visited Mattress Warehouse and we weren’t disappointed. Michael gave us excellent customer care. He knows mattresses and was eager to answer any questions we had. His priority was making sure we had the right mattress for our needs. Using the Bed Match system was very helpful in our decision and I’m glad he recommended it. Very knowledgeable about the adjustable base features as well. Was able to schedule us for a quick delivery. Can’t wait to experience the comfort of our new mattress. Thanks again Michael!

Michael was AWESOME! I’ve spent a great deal of time and money on mattresses and sadly my experience has not been the best! From start to finish, Michael stepped in, shared his expertise and personal experience and made me feel like I wasn’t being sold but that I was a customer he valued! Great Experience! Michael Morrison/ store manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. We purchased a floor model and were treated like we spent a fortune. Delivery was made the next day by Anthony and David. Professional and took time to explain all features of base as well. Customer for life!

Michael, the manager, was awesome throughout the entire process, from the moment I entered the store. He made reasonable suggestions without being forceful. It was clear to me that he was focused more on addressing my needs rather than simply making a sale. Michael the Sales Representative was very professional and very informative. He understood the assignment. He was very Educated on all of the products in the store. He explained everything to me and my Husband. He was pushy and he was truthful. He didn't sugarcoat the pricing. He made us feel very comfortable. He's definitely a people's person. Very friendly.
