Howard's Appliance TV & Mattress

I had a great experience at Howards. I was experiencing an appliance nightmare from Lowes and Howards helped me get out of it- worth the drive. Serena was absolutely great and I got my washer and dryer in just a few days. Thank You Serena!

Although we had to wait nearly 5 months for the refrigerator we wanted to be made, it was worth the wait! On the day of delivery, we received our merchandise within the 3 hour time window given, and the team was courteous and professional. We had a few questions for our sales rep after the delivery was completed, and they were answered quickly and to our complete satisfaction. This wasn't our first time to purchase appliances from Howard's, and it definitely will not be the last!!!

Howard’s made my remodel kitchen beautiful with appliances I bought there . Prices and Brian sales personnel was outstanding . He sold me the Frigidaire bundle.

Buyer beware. I purchased top-of-the-line Electrolux washer and dryer and I purchased the extended warranty along with it, after a year the dryer stopped working. We called in for service. It’s been over two months and my dryer is still not fixed. They sent the wrong part, the service technician has to be scheduled two weeks later after they get the part, the part is the wrong part in the right package all these different problems and reasons and it still hasn’t been fixed. I went to the store To ask them for help, I spoke to Gilbert who was gonna talk to the manager and call me back to tell me what they could do for me Since I didn’t have a dryer and having to go to a laundromat to dry the clothes. I never heard back from anyone at Howard’s. I’m only sharing my experience so perhaps you don’t go through the same thing I’m going through right now
