Howard's Appliance TV & Mattress

We unfortunately had a poor experience at Howard's. First the salesman made a few mistakes on the order invoice when we were purchasing a few appliances, and we kept having to correct him. He seemed apathetic and inattentive the whole time. They split our appliance delivery into two which was fine, but we paid to take our old appliances away which they did not do during the first delivery. Next we called to change our delivery date for the second delivery and spoke to dispatch. They said their process is to email the store for approval, but because our salesman wasn't in the office for a couple of days there was no response or follow up and missed the date. We also paid to have them install all of the new appliances, but they only did one and not the other. They also delivered the wrong hose kit for the dishwasher, so we had to drive back to the store to pick it up and to get a refund for the non-installation. The assistant sales manager was helpful, but it took a long time because he couldn't figure out how to correct it in their system. A few days later they finally delivered the refrigerator, but a couple of days after the delivery my wife noticed a dent that she did not initially see. We called the assistant manager again to ask if something could be done, but he did not return my call. While the price was decent, the execution and customer service was poor overall and we would not recommend purchasing from this store. If you do, make sure to triple check your invoice, and follow up with them to ensure everything meets your expectations.

I live in Southern California, but I called the store because they had a specific oven range I was interested in. Even though I ended up not buying it from Howard's, the employee Albert was super patient with me and very helpful in answering my questions anyway. Thank you for excellent customer service!

I went there with my mother-in-law and my wife looking for a lot of new appliances. We ended up getting a washer dryer, microwave stove refrigerator and I must tell you that management was top-notch. Everything was really, really professional. I enjoyed the experience and I would definitely go back. And have a large selection and again very helpful. The one thing that really, really made me feel comfortable was they took their time. No rush at all on colors selection, I really like that. It was kind of like a lay back atnow we're just waiting for appliances to get here once they get here, I will snap photos of everything we got in our new kitchen so everyone could see the top quality appliances.We got at hearts.I would definitely go back again

Last year, I took my friend to Best Buy and Howard's to buy a washing machine. She ended up buying a machine at Best Buy. I was very impressed with Speed Queen product at Howard's. Last week my husband and I were sick with the flu when our 25+ year old washing machine broke and was irreparable. I called Howard's, spoke with Saleem who assisted with my purchase of the Speed Queen front load washing machine. Saleem was very knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery was on time and the two service guys were efficient and helpful. They quickly removed the old machine and installed the new machine. When my dryer dies, I'll happily replace it with a Speed Queen from Howard's.
